In case of dissatisfaction from our services or product, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship only in Kolkata and for domestic (west bengal) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, speed post or through jiguan pet service opc pvt. ltd. Associate only (Within Kolkata and Kolkata surrounding). Orders (services & product) are delivered within 1 days in kolkata & surrounding. Order (services & product) are delivered within 2-5 days in rest of west bengal or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Jiguan.in or jiguan pet services OPC Pvt Ltd (jiguan.in) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

  1. All services would be FREE within Kolkata and Kolkata surrounding.
  2. Traveling Charge would be applicable (as per transportation cost) for service outside of Kolkata and Kolkata surrounding.
  3. If the order (only for product) value is more than or equal to Rs. 500/- then shipping would be FREE within Kolkata and Kolkata surrounding.
  4. If the order (only for Product) value is less then Rs. 500/- then minimum shipping cost would be RS. 50/- within Kolkata and Kolkata surrounding.
  5. If the order (only for product) for outside of Kolkata and surrounding shipping charge would be applicable (as per courier service).
  6. COD Facility is accepted only in Kolkata, Kolkata surrounding Region (Pin Code Specific & under discretion of designated authority)

 RETURNS & CANCELLATION

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via Contact Us within 2 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. In any scenario refund (if applicable) will be done through your original mode of payment by minimum 10 working days.

Important: Return is not accepted after completed services.

Cancellation by Jiguan

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

  1. If you cancel your order at least 24hr before a scheduled service will receive 100% refund.
  2. If you cancel your order at least 12hr before a scheduled service will receive 50% refund.
  3. If you cancel your order at least 3hr before a scheduled service will receive 30% refund.

For rest of Bengal

  1. If you cancel your order at least 24hr before a scheduled service will receive 100% refund.
  2. If you cancel your order at least 12hr before a scheduled service will receive 50% refund.

 FOR PRODUCT

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. (if Prepaid)
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

  1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same
  2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
